My mom just bought a usb 512mb flash card and it came with its own software so you could easily move email, web favorites, documents and such. However, the software 'wrote over' the internet explorers code so now when the card isnt in and you try to view your favorites it looks for them from the card and not from their location on the computer. i checked the c: drive files and the favorites are still on the computer also. I tried using the 'import favorites' tool but cant find a 'bookmark' file to import. Any ideas to reset IE7 so that it looks on the c: drive for favorites and not to the f: drive for the flash card? should i uninstall it and reinstall it? thanks.
