Internet Explorer 6 and Java

I have no trouble with Java written websites with Internet Explorer 6.0. However, I heard a rumor that Micrisoft stopped support Java at all. Any ideas about that?

Microsoft actually hasn't had any support for Java 1.2 for quite a while. You can download a plugin with full Java support (1.3.1) for IE here.
