Internet Explorer 4 Error --- baffling?!?!!

I got a Internet Explorer 4.0, and I am getting an error when trying to access a java/module site. It is saying even before attempting to goto the internet site "The specified module cannot be found." I do not know what module, and do not want to have to reclone the machine to fix this issue. I have tried the obvious, reinstall IE4, upgrading to IE5, reinstall java etc. and I have to use IE and can't goto Netscape, anyone have any ideas? Thanks
 
Go to Windows Update and download the java vm update. And reset your security settings for "internet" to "medium". If that doesn't work complain to the webmaster of that site.
