Internet domain question

Can you change the lowercase portion of a website? For example, if you have a website named www.blah.com, can you change it to www.Blah.com? Does it matter? Can it be done? How does it work when you type it into an address bar.

It makes no difference.

domain names are case-insensitive so you can type it anyway you want.

My domain, ffmcobalt.com, can be accessed by typing ffmcobalt.com, FFMCobalt.com, FfMcObAlT.CoM, etc.

Same difference.
