I'm having a problem and it's becoming more and more coming for some reason. I run uTorrent and I always have it open so I can seed. I seed a lot of torrents so I am connected to a lot of peers.
It sometimes depends, but normally about 20 minutes after starting up uTorrent, my internet connectivity dies. At first I thought it was my router, but I noticed my mom never complained that her internet died. So one time when my internet died again, I went onto her computer and looked, Google popped up fine. Yahoo did too. So did any other site, her end was fine. So now I knew it was my computer and that's where I am confused.. why? What can I do to stop this?
When my internet dies, I'll remain connected to the router. I do ipconfig and it shows my IP and everything. I do ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew, get my IP back from the router and the computer still doesn't want to connect to the Internet. My IM programs won't log in, webpages won't display. I reboot, everything's fine.
I don't know what is causing it and how I could fix it. I am running Windows 7 RC 64-bit. Any help would be appreciated. And if you need any more info, I'll be happy to provide it.
