Internet detection under Win 7

HI,

The Internet detection under win 7 takes some seconds on my computer.

I have high speed connexion by cable.

I have a SSD of 128 gb.

The computer is ready to use but the connexion is detected some seconds more later.

Is it normal ?

Do you have others questions ?
 
Yes, it depends on the switch. A lot of times the link isn't fully established for a little while.
 
Most people are using Routers and leave them On all the time.

As a result the Internet connection is Live all the time and when you switch On the computer it right there.

If you are connected directly to a Modem it takes time ti establish a connection and fetch an IP.

more, yesterday night, i am calling to the technical service.

the technician has reseted my modem of his office.

Because i have lost the connection.

but the link was good with the provider.

Do you know how to explain this ?

I was on the Internet and i lost the connection very speedly and the computer did not find the connection.

Right now, the service is very good.
