Does he have a lot of money and spend it on lobbying the US Government? If not I predict no lawmaker will pay attention to his point of view
 
in the long run, i would think whatever countries stay connected to the open internet will have the biggest advantage. any time you try to limit people, you will lose and people will continue to push forward.
