I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and in my area I am unable to find good internet for my address, I can get adelphia powerlink which my friend has, he gets alright download/upload but he gets really high pings 100+ or I can get adelphia premier which isn't much more. I currently have Cincinnati Bell Zoomtown aDSL but it always cuts off, has under 30kbps download speeds and slow uploads when its working. They have been to my house numerous times and havent been able to find out what the problem is. I also forgot to mention that I live 1500 feet off of the main road. I was wondering if T1 is available everywhere or not. And if so, could I find a T1 ISP that isn't extremely expensive? My zip code is 45102 if you could help me with any suggestions.
