Internet connection sharing

I am about to share internet between 2 PC one using w2k server and other usinf w2k pro. I am considering 2 methods:

1. Use ICS <Connect w2k server to cable modem>
2. Use Router to share Lines.

What is the disadvantage and advantage of each method?

Which will provide faster internet connection to each pc?

This is a no-brainer, use the router! You don't have to have the host machine all the time, you get better performance because the packets aren't being handled by the host machine, it's much easier to get running, and you get a free incoming firewall and DHCP server.
