No, that's just integration with / compatibility with server-side web acceleration. Opera by itself does nothing, you still need to have an ISP offering SlipStream compression.Originally posted by: malak

Get Opera The latest version in beta right now will have built-in web accelerator. So even if it's a minor boost, at least you get it for free. Pay for whichever ISP is cheapest.
But you're correct, Opera will let you choose the cheapest ISP that offers SlipStream web acceleration.
