Internal TV Card - BEst Deals??

This is my first time posting so excuse me if I make mistakes. My sn doesn't want to tak his TV back to college with him and someone suggested a TV Card. He's prefer and internal one with the three plugins (yellow,red,white) so he can take his PS2. Are these cards really that good and does anyone know which is the best for the money?

Without a doubt, the Leadtek XP 2000 deluxe. It can record, it has picture in picture, remote, coaxial input (for cable), FM and TV tuner. It has an S-video input so you can use a PS2 with an s-video adapter (much better quality than the "red, yellow, white" composite inputs).

Newegg has it for an extremely good price.
