Intermittent wiper problem

Out of the seven different speed settings, 4 are not working.
Is there a rheostat in the control pod or some place else?
1995 Ford F250 PSD 4X4
 
There is a non-servicable black box attatched to your wiper switch, that is almost always the culprit. I would check a local junkyard, as any f-series model with that style will work.
