Intermittent crashing issue with PC

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure what the problem is. The PC is fairly new and it seems to happen any time at random, it could be while the PC is idle and not in use, during normal use (web-surfing), or intensive applications (gaming). Sometimes days, or weeks go by and everything is fine. Other times it's more frequent.

The screen goes black, everything stops running, and then when I turn off and turn on the PSU switch to power it back on, it crashes again within seconds of powering up.

Sometimes, it keeps on cycling through booting and crashing and other times when it crashes, the power light remains on, but nothing is running.

I actually brought my machine in for "professional" diagnosis at a local PC repair shop and it basically resulted in me dropping $$$ to replace parts (the video card and SSD you see listed at the bottom), and the problem still existing.

So i'm pretty annoyed and frustrated. And they too ran stress tests and updated drivers.


My specs are the following:

Windows 8.1
Intel i5 4670k (running at stock speeds)
MSI Z87-G55 Motherboard
Corsair RM750 PSU Corsair H75 CPU cooler
16GB (4x4GB) Kingston HyperX FURY1600MHz DDR3 Memory
PNY Geforce GTX 980 4GB XLR8 Pro
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
6xNoctua NF-F12 PWM Cooling Fan

Of the six fans, two are intake fans, two are top exhaust fans, and two are in a push-pull config with my radiator attached to the rear vent.
 
I was thinking it was a PSU issue too, which was why I was skeptical about the diagnostics. Never heard of a SSD causing random crashes.
 
"The PC is fairly new and it seems to happen any time at random". Is it a commercial PC; like a Lenovo Think**** brand. If it is under warranty; get inline site service under warranty. If you complaint enough; they will switch it out too!

As in, immediately switching it back on again, or waiting say ten seconds or longer?

It might also be interesting to note if there's a difference in the following scenario:
Problem occurs, you shut the computer down
Pull the power from the PC
Press the button
Wait a minute
Plug live mains back in, try again

So when my computer crashes, it won't boot up again if I hit power button. I have to turn off the switch on the PSU and then turn it back on, in order for the power button to work.

So to answer your question, it's sometimes. Sometimes I do switch it off and then immediately on again. Sometimes I wait
