I stumbled upon this website when researching yoga that I thought I'd share...http://www.bandhayoga.com/sci_keys.html
I found it was catered to the more scientifically oriented mind, which I thought was cool.
I've also been using http://www.zygotebody.com/ to help understand the general physiological makeup of the body. It definitely has helped me in the gym to understand the kinesiology of the body. By knowing the insertion and origin points of muscles, I think it should help anyone interested better understand how the muscles are supposed to move in relation to whatever movements you're doing.
