To make things fair, if these WU's are going to take 20X longer to analyze, they should count as 20 WU's each.

It doesn't seem to me like there will be a new client like that soon, seeing as how they're bringing this new data production online because they're running out of stuff for us to do.

Or break the WU's into smaller packages?

Right now, a typical WU takes about 4 Tera FLOP's. I guess what we could hope for is some kind of continuity with this relationship.

I wonder how long will it take to complete one of this 20 unit workunit? In any case, it sounds like SETI will go on for awhile.
