Interesting phone conversation.

I was watching the phones at my work yesterday for the receptionest. I will now transcribe a very f-ed up conversation with some guy that called and thought we were a different company, here goes:

Me:Arden Courts, how may I help you?
Caller:What can you tell me about STD's?
Me:Uhhhh, they suck?
Caller:cant you help me?
Me:Sir this is an ALF(assisted living facility)
Caller:ALF, you mean the TV show?
Me:No Sir, its an assisted living facility.
Caller: ohhhhh, nevermind <click>

keep in mind this was at 9 in the morning and was not expected, and i work at the ALF so i was like what the hell is this.
