if you hold down 2 keys that produces something, they repeat consecutively. now with a ps2 keyboard, only the key pressed last gets repeated

USB keyboards also have that annoying tendency to repeat lines of text.

my usb keyboard has a built in hub... but its really underpowered and if i plug anything more than my optical mouse into it, its starts complaining and yells at me.

What does it say when it yells at you?

well i'm sure exactly.. its kind of late and my brain no function so well.. but its something along the lines of: "this usb hub does not sufficient power to operate the following devices. XXX XXX, press okay to terminate the process" and then all my usb stops working unil i unplug everything and then just put one thing in at a time. I rarely use my keyboard as a hub though, becuase i have a real usb hub that is powered and doesnt yell at me. sometimes i'm just too lazy to reach around and plug things into it.

ghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
(true, right now i have my keyboard plugged into the ps/2 thingy, and it has a seperate wire that goes to the usb outlet that goes to the hub .)
