Question Interconnecting 2x network

HI,
my teleco provider use Huawei ONT HG8240T5 for fibre connection on 192.168.100.1/24
2x copper cables from this ONT reach out to a local media Media player and a Netgear Orbi Router on the 3rd floor (to its ADSL port).
The Orbi network generate its own subnet of 192.168.10.1/24 on which a QNAP NAS (192.168.10.200) is installed, UPNP s enabled and used to store media.
I am not able to reach my media / ping from my Huwaei ONT.
I can ping 192.168.100.1 from from any PC on the 192.168.10.x, while vice-versa does no work...
any idea or clue or what feature, protocol i must search/enable for access.

Thanks
