Intel X-25m owners - Intel fixed the bootcamp issue

Hi, congrats on your first post... I have a question. Where does it say that it fixed a bootcamp issue?

I just thought everyone would like to know. I have applied the latest firmware update to my X25-M 160GB. Previously this drive was not detected by the windows XP installer when using bootcamp. I am proud to report that with the drive is 100% opperational and i am running rock solid under both OS X and Windows XP x86, and performance is incredible.

The computer is a unibody MBP 17", I dont know if it will fix all drives, i had read on another forum that you needed a drive revision of 902 or higher (not firmware, but hardware revision). My drive did have a 902 on it which i believe is a revision number and the new firmware did fix it.

I'm very excited this is fixed and i have not seen any posts yet about this firmware fixing someones drive. GL everyone!
