Intel T8300 vs T9300

I'm thinking of purchasing a laptop pretty soon. I'm planning on getting the Sony SZ780, but the only thing I can't decide on is the CPU. The T8300 is a 2.4ghz CPU with 3mb cache but the T9300 is a 2.5ghz CPU with 6mb of cache. Its a price difference of 150 dollars. I was wondering if the extra 100mhz and extra 3mb of cache make a big difference? and if it is worth the extra cash. If the performance difference is much greater then I would opt for the 9300.

I'd get the 9300, those are 45nm dual core wolfdale mobile variants correct?

The T8x00 and T9x00 are 45nms I believe. I just can't find benches on these CPU's

Both the T8300 and T9300 in the cart. If you got money to spend, then go for it.
