Its kind of like traffic, you don't go driving down the yellow emergency lane in heavy traffic do you? It pisses others off even more than some other things they don't like. I know, and I'm saying if that is mission critical tasking then a true MP would do it faster which would increase productivity and thus pay for itself 😉 The HT argument is fine from the "I want to back-up or encode my video while playing a game and I only own/can afford one PC" perspective, but trying to make it a must have because of the need for mission critical work is silly when you will get more from a true MP and the cost consideration at that point must be factored with the time=money in the equation.
