Intel Server Board Help

Upgrade Tx777

Cpu is Xeon 3470 - While using HWmonitor in windows 10 the voltage and fan speed isn't being displayed. Also I can't find the Hardware monitor in the bios, no cpu temp, voltage or fan speed being displayed anywhere. Am I missing something or maybe an error with the board itself?

HWmonitor is usually very good about detecting almost anything properly. Have you checked for updates? Do other people with same chip and board report success?

I can't find much info on this board. Just thought someone might be able to shed some light on this issue, maybe someone with the same board. Through my 50+ setups I've gone through never had this issue. So as I stated, I can't find any cpu hardware monitor stats in the bios nor +12v,+5 or 3v readings. And HWmonitor only displays the cpu and ram temps and the cpu package power usage.
