Holy mother of god... First I don't live in a city with microcenter, and now this... Life is so unfair...

Yeah, they do this every year. My favorite was the Conroe E6300 Core 2 Duo, an Intel MB, and a pre-release copy of both Windows 32 and 64 bit Vista Ultimate, with them shipping you copys of both production versions when they released, in like November 2006. Oh, and it was like $215 for the whole shot (the 6300 was around 170 by itself). I got in on that one and loved it.

full of salt, congrats to those who get in!

still happy with 4790k i got for $200 a year ago but deals like that are damn near impossible to ignore, unless you don't meet the requirements ofc, like me 🙁

OP is breaking Intel's rules by giving out prices and this information to non-Intel RetailEdge members.

I can see why Intel wouldn't really want those prices widely publicized. I thought Microcenter deals were good but this makes everything seem like a rip off.

As someone who games on a non k i5 2500, the struggle is real. Boooooo to those that can benefit from this cus I can't. 🙁
