Intel Q6600 G0 what are real cores temp?

have GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3P with Intel Q6600 G0- @ 9x333
CPU vid 1.30 V , Win XP Pro x64.

SpeedFan 4.33 showed idle:
Core0- 27C, Core1- 24C, Core2 - 21C, Core3- 25C
SpeedFan 4.33 showed Orthos:
Core0- 42C, Core1- 40C, Core2- 32C, Core3 - 35C

EVEREST Ultimate Edition idle:
Core0- 44C, Core1- 39C, Core2 37C, Core3- 40C
EVEREST Ultimate Edition Orthos:
Core0- 59C, Core1- 56C, Core2 47C, Core 3- 50C

Any ideas what are real cores temp SpeedFan or EVEREST ?

What kind of Heatsink are you using?

Those temps are about right for a G0 Q6600 @ 3000.

For the Q6600, you need to add 15C to whatever temperature speedfan is reporting.

So you actually temperature are,
idle = 24ish + 15 = 39C
full load = 40ish + 15 = 55C

I'm using generic $19.99 heatsink from Frys.
Correct me if I'm wrong - EVEREST numbers real temp numbers?
