For no overclocking, PC4200 is all that you need. Do the math this way: 1066/4=266.5x2 (it's DDR, remember)=533. So, you need DDR2 533.

Unless you got the cpu from a friend for ridiculouysly cheap, that was a huge waste of money, but I digress. Get corsiar value select 533mhz, it's a great value if you're not ocing, like myocardia said. Remember, when it comes to memory, size>speed.
