Yeah, but this is DELL insuring a 800mhz overclock on a P4, thats a huge overclock for a company like Dell to insure, and this is a dual core P4 ere talking about, it puts out WAAY more heat then a winchester to begin with.

You are right, OCing a winchester by individuals is not directly compatible with OC on a Prescott derivative for a large OEM. But still, the sheer size and build of that HSF complex does not instill confidence that the Presler will OC gracefully.
