YESSSS!!!!

This is great news for everyone. I recently got a single core Sempy and I'm good with it till next year.

With these new dual cores that continue popping up getting cheaper and cheaper while keeping great ocing ability, I'm definitely looking forward to a nice new inexpensive 2007 dual core cpu. Intel is definitely leading the way on the dual core front with affordable processors. yay for intel

MWave - $134.50 + shipping...

Personally I see this as a great alternative for a low-end, upgradable (ie not on yesterday's socket), alternative chip. Who thinks about $ spent in electricity when buying a computer... come on. That's something an AMD fan figured out to add weight to the AMD vs Intel arguments. BTW, I'm not an AMD nor an Intel zealot. I'll use whatever gives me the power I need at a price I want to pay. The box I just built that was a X2 4400+ previous one that lasted several years a p4 2.8 prescott. I could easily see using the D805 in a couple computers I need to build for family members. It should serve them well for a couple years to come.
