Intel PC Camera - Rebate statusc(Need Rebate Form)

Update: Just checked with Staples Rebate center... they never got the rebate... looks like a scam. THey ahve asked me to send another form. I don't have the rebate form and Staples has removed it from their website. ANybody has a link or soft / scanned copy of the rebate, please post here.

I bough an Intel PC WebCamera from Staples in mid-may 2001 and there was a $30 MIR from staples and $10 MIR from Intel. I never got the rebate.

Wondering if anybody else got the rebate. If you did, can you post the contact information for calling Rebate center.

Same here. When I e-mailed the ppl at rebatestatus, they told me it was in the process of being mailed out. We'll see.

i dun remember if i have already cahsed the check our not
as in received it and cashed it or ever received.
but according to staples website and people over ph it shows its been already processed and awaiting to be mailed out.
but i belive i have already received the $30.
the $10 intel one was mailed out couple days ago.

i wonder how all of you manage to get the rebate from staples in 4 weeks ..its been 6 weeks since i submitted the rebate on my apc ups from may and i still havent received a cheque. i also had to call them to make them issue a courtesy cheque..they said i should get some thing in 3 weeks

I got my 10 MIR from Intel about 3 weeks ago. Along with that offer i bought 100 pack of PNY cds for $5 with MIR, i just got the 20 MIR today also.

Still waiting for the 30 MIR though

The problem with the rebates is that they just come like a postcard, so its real easy for some mailguy to steal them...
