Intel or nVidia chipset?

Hi,
I'm building a new pc with 8800GTX and Core 2 Duo 6600. But I can't decide which motherboard I should buy, seems that intel and nVidia nforce6 has similiar useful fucntions and performances.
I will not use SLI, and I may use raid5 (I'm not certain about this).
May anyone give me some suggestions?

Dude, you're gonna love that rig!! I have the same setup. After some inquiries I was told to go with the Asus P5B Deluxe. It is very good for overclocking.
