Intel Motherboard Problem

Hi

Here is my system specs:

P4 3.06 GHz 533 fsb HT
Intel D875PBZ motherboard w/ latest BIOS revision
2x 512 mb Corsair XMS memory (CMX512-3200C2)
WD 100 Gb SE hdd, Maxtor 40 Gb hdd, WD Raptor
TI 4600 Graphics Card
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Platinum

Here is my problem:

On every cold boot, the system POSTs great and fast; I don't even see the BIOS screen it boots so quickly. But on about every single warm boot (restart), it hangs and I get about a 20-sec long BIOS screen, and if I go into BIOS, it locks up on me. On the Intel website, it says to check the jumper settings on the IDE devices, well I did that and the jumper settings were correct to begin with.
My only solution is that the memory must be incompatible, but then, this problem only happens on system restarts. Is anybody else trying to run this motherboard with Corsair memory in it?
