Intel Modem

I have one but i never saw any difference from any other internal PCI modem, check this link if u wnat more info of the modem's chip and drivers

BTW intel said that HAM means Hardware Accelerated Modem or something like that
 
These are actually Cirrus Logic chips, Intel recently bought them. I threw one of these modems in a PC that i built for a friend, works great for the price - although he doesnt use it that much since he's on broadband
