Do you? Because I think the old one looks better. Know where to get the old stickers?

AMD will have something up their sleeve, but at least they have the logo going for them! :D

IF i was getting a proc now, I would get a cheap Dual Core, the Intel D 805 and OC or a AMD 3500+ and OC it but I can't yet so I'll just wait. Basically I'm saying I'm not a fanboy....

I know logos don't matter much, but I just want people's opinions about this...

Yes i like it, about time they had a change of logo. AMD's logo IMO is a bit... dated? They should re-do that arrow thing they have with a more modern look. T

hat is assuming your talking about the logo and not the stickers that say AMD 64 athlon/opteron etc

For those who forget:

Personally I do not care for either. I do not think the orange and blue of their old color scheme was easy on the eyes. I do like AMD's nice and crisp FX and X2 logo though. And, Intel's Italium logo was pretty nice.

I believe the OP meant these logos.

I know he means those, but I barely see those compared to the Pentium EE logos, so I posted them also.

I actually meant the logo and stickers in general, they look weird at first, but I guess you get used to them in a while.

These ones?
If so, yeah I prefer the old one.

LOL. According to some people, Intel Logos determine the performance.

 I can follow that logic.
Old case logo = older CPU
New case logo = current CPU

I prefer Apples logo. Got one with my iPod and proudly stuck it on my case right above my Athlon X2 logo! :D

I understand what you are saying, but are people really that dumb?
Anyone who thinks you can change the perfomance of a CPU with a sticker should not be using a computer.

What I was saying was, if I saw 2 computers, 1 with the old sticker, and 1 with the new sticker, I would assume the one with the new sticker has a newer CPU.

What are you talking about? I put an Athlon64 sticker on my Celery laptop and got immediate performance gains of over 100%!

I dounno why but I liked p3 logo the best :p But those new logos look better than the p4 logo. I guess it depends on the "image" that the processor series create. Its like a name in online gaming, you may have the crappiest name, but if you own everyone and everyone knows that name then it suddenly becomes "cool" :p Same I think about logos, or may just be me. I.E it has to EARN the rep to burn into minds of ppl :p meh what am I talking about :p
Opteron logo owns tho :p
