Does X-Plane 11 take advantage of hyperthreading and does having more L3 cache help performance in this game? I right now have an i7-4930k and thinking about upgrading to either an i7-9700k or an i9-9900k when they become available but if hyperthreading and the extra L3 cache will not help in X-Plane 11, then I most likely will go for the i7-9700k. I'm also curious whether the future update I keep reading about for X-Plane 11 that has the Vulcan engine will support hyperthreading or just real cores since Vulcan is suppose to take better advantage of multithreading.
