Intel i5-7600K with 91 W TDP has Thermal Solution Specification of 65 W. Error?

How do I read the table?

And it's making me wonder if there is indeed something to that spec. If you look at the AnandTech power consumption tests, the 7600K uses 63 Watts at full load with AT's setup f not overclocked.

Here is a table showing that the power usage is pretty much identical to the 6600, 6700, and 7700 (all non-K).

But then again, Tom's shows that under full load with Intel's Power Thermal Utility, the 7600K gets way hotter.

It's interesting. I'm just not sure about the numbers and the tables.

The 112W just stuck out at me because it's the TDP number for the 7740X and 7640X, but they should not be on the S data sheet. And then the 73W and 72W TDP I didn't recognize.
