Word of advice.....just disable the turbo feature! It will save you a lot of headache when overclocking lol. Good luck and make sure to post back!
I did not see such a setting in bios on my board. Guess I should update bios anyways as it's about 3 or so behind current one.
I was playing around at 3.8ghz and decided to reload win7 as I'd rather start with a fresh install. OCCT wouldn't read voltages, cpu-z shows voltage changes but wont show multiplier changes,etc. Don't think win7 took to the board swap too good.

After I did a clean install of windows 7 I updated the bios to the current one. Seems like the new bios has alot more settings available. It does now have the turbo on off switch now.
I was pretty burnt out last night by the time I got the clean install with drivers and all the updates done.
