The Intel we know, that is. They will get dismantled by the very institutional investors they are trying to court at the moment. They probably think that they can get the necessary billions to ride out the short term and buy out the shares of those huge investors once they start making profits. That's a pretty seriously stupid bet. The sane thing would be to get rid of what's dragging them down and focus on products/services they can turn into cold hard cash in a hurry. The most important thing they need to do is axe the superfluous middle managers instead of trying to get rid of the actual workers who actually matter to their organization's productivity and hence profitability.

Few days ago, I was in a meeting with a bank who wanted to do some financial system's messaging flow testing (pacs008 inward outward etc.). I was the only one on call from my institution and they had like 9 different people. They didn't have our BIC code configured in their system to commence the testing. So their project manager asks one team member to input the code in their system. He didn't have the permissions to do that. So he asks the next one. He didn't either. And on and on it went for about 10 minutes until the meeting had to be cancelled. I guess this is what Intel's like right now. And probably has been for a long time due to which they got into this mess.

AFAIK, Amazon isn’t a foundry customer, Intel will be designing chips for them and using their own foundry for the fab.

Have they said which products would be fabbed on 18a? Is this gonna be something in the Graviton line or . . . ?

AI Networking Chip and custom Xeons and stuff after @Hitman928 so it's more like a co developmentand they are basically using their foundry like normal you can or cannot count it as a foundry customer.
So the correct answer is 3 if we remove AWS
