intel exreme graphics question... :)

Hi people 🙂 I want to ask you about the new graphic chipset that come with the new intel 845G chipset.... How it scores? Better that a Voodoo3 or a tnt2 or even a geforce2 mx card?

We played RTCW on one at work testing it out and it did ok at 800x600 but the lighting isn't up to par with some of the newer cards. For integrated its not bad though.
 
It's better than the V3 or TNT2, but you're better off with a GF2MX if you have it. Not only performance-wise, but also compatibility... there's quite a few games that have issues with the 845, you can search intel's site for the list.
 
I think its about on par with a gF2MX-200, but even a gF2MX-400 will blow it away (the "extreme graphics" scores about 2k on 3DMark2K1 SE, whereas a gF2MX-400 gets about 4k).
