intel e3200 BSEL mod?

So newegg has a the Celeron e3200 + ECS g41 mb for <$80 after rebate. Since the mb only has a fsb setting (667, 800 or auto), ocing will probably be limited to BSEL mod. However, I can't find any info on whether or not the new celerons support it, only a couple of forum posters speculating about it. Would it be the same as other 775 cpus?
I'm so tempted to build a new pc since with current deals, I can get CPU, MB, PSU, HSF (hope for near 4ghz) for <$120 after rebates. I have everything else except for case but I may be creative about how to set the pc up.
I'd really like to buy everything but if there's no way to oc with that board, I'll have to pass until a better combo comes up.

How dated is your current setup? Depending on what you're running now and how long you plan to keep your soon-to-be new system, you may be better off saving up a bit more cash and grabbing something a little beefier.

Too late now as rebates expired but how beefy were you thinking?
I figure that a 4ghz dual core will be able to compete with almost everything except $150+ quad cores, not to mention there's not much need for quad cores yet. Also, cost of a significantly beefier quad core setup would be at least ~$250, which would be twice the price of what I had picked out.
