My Gigabyte P35-DS4 burnt, because of OEM assembled the comp very badly, long story. So i got myself DP35DP from intel. Everything is fine, even my 8800GTS temps are much lower with this board, which i dont understand completely, but fine
The problem is with the BIOS. During the post there is the intel logo shown, but i cant bypass it to actually see BIOS code. On Intel website it says that it can be bypassed by "esc", but this is not the case. BIOS has some other flaws that can really use some polishment on this one, but as long as it works, its just a cosmetic. But the fact i cant see BIOS code is making me nervous
i updated to the latest 249 ver.
Anyone has this mobo?
BTW, intel also has unbelievably good support. I contacted them becuase of the "double boot issue" many ppl are having with p965 a p35 based mobos, they replied second day, it really surprised me
But im not gonna bother them again, till someone else does'nt have a clue on this. Thx.
