INTEL DG33FB support

a lot of other brand 3 series chipset boards support it.

but i think intel brand, they did not design the VRM to support non core 2 based CPUs.

i have a dg31pr and i know it only supports the E2000 / e4000 / e6000 etc and the celeron 4xx and e1000 series. i doubt it supports the p4 or pentium D or any netburst chips

If it supports the C2D, then why would you want to put a P4 into it anyways...?

i'd assume he already had a p4 2.66 cpu, and would just want to get a board that would let him upgrade later.
