Recently, Intel has disclosed the value of PL1 used as TDP, but the value of PL2 used for the maintenance time of the boost function (Intel® Turbo Boost Technology) is not described in the data sheet. PL1 * 1.25 is said to be the hardware default, which is far from the actual setting, as you can see from the settings described in Coreboot above.
