I'd look again, I saw Wolfdale's but not Quad Wolfdale's. Then again hard to be sure.

Nope. Those are Dual cores.

Look again down at the color-coded key down on the bottom left of the page.

Blue ring = Dual Cores
Pink ring = Quad Cores

Yeah this looks like Intel will hold Penryn prices constant throughout the entirety of the next year.
