Intel based MB recommendation

Looking for a MB that supports I3-4150 out of the box so no BIOS update is required for the MB to post.
I had issues with GA-B85M-HD3 that came pre-installed with older BIOS version that didn't support the 4150.
 
just curious, what's special about this CPU? why does it need bios update? is it different from other Haswells?
