Intel banner ad problems

Is anyone else having problems with the intel banner ad? I'm running Netscape 4.80, and whenever it hits that intel ad, it tries to make two banners and then hangs. If I hit reload, and it gets a different banner ad it's fine, but if it's the intel ad again, it'll do the same thing. I've cleared my internet cache, and that didn't help.

I know people are going to blame the old Netscape and I "should" be using IE, but it's what I like.

Comments or hints?

Sorry if I hadn't read it previously, but I don't usually spend a lot of times looking in this forum.

I see that in the previous posts, my fear about posting this issue came true. Subscribers making smart remarks, and IE people doing the same.

Oh well, when the ad time is used up, hopefully it will go away.

Reasonable folks might conclude that the reason they're probably being ignored by the Mods/Zuni/Anand is that a) so few people are reporting this Intel banner thing as a problem, that it's not worth dealing with; or b) the problem itself is completely resolved for those who opt to become "Subscriber" members.

You may not like me or my comments, but this is the likely the truth of the matter. You want to keep waiting for a response from the Mods, be my guest, but I submit that continuing with the current tactic is more likely to just tick them off.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Dylan Thomas wants the Intel banner removed too.

How bout on offtopic petition to remove or fix the banner?
