I currently have an Intel 850GB motherboard in one of my pcs. It is a 423pin p4 1.7. I've heard of Powerleap PL-P4/N adapters which allows you to put a 478pin p4 onto a 423 socket. Would that work with this motherboard? Would the bios recognize it as a higher cpu (eg 2.4)?
