Intel 320 ssd G3B5 vs G3K5

I see, that there must be a difference between the two, the G3B5 (retail pack) and the G3K5 (reseller pack). The price is not that much for me from one to the other . I just would like to know if anyone could explain the difference to me.

I would thought that the difference is just boxed retail with instruction leaflet and pretty stickers vs standalone, bare-bones OEM model.
 
I mainly went Retail for the extra warranty as well as the included 2.5 to 3.5 drive adapter...

oh yeah and the "speed demon" sticker lmao
 
Retail also has the SATA-to-USB connector included for transferring your data, not sure if that's in the reseller package or not. When I got my 120GB model on Cyber Monday they were the same price after MIR, the MIR for the retail kit was $10 more. So it was a complete no-brainer for me.
 
Both of them are full retail packages. The G3K5 is the standard retail kit. The G3B5 is the same, but comes with the USB to to SATA kit. The G301 is the OEM ("brown box") version.
