Intel 1.8A P4 Northwood retail for $141 shipped

Man oh man, are Intel P4 prices falling fast. I just found this on Pricewatch. Anyone ever hear of buymstar.com? I can't even find them on resellerratings.com.

I have had a bad experience with buymstar. I was told that they had the 1.8A in stock, so I placed an order. Several days later I still had not received a shipping notification, so I contacted them by e-mail and was told that they were not in stock, but when they came in they would upgrade the shipping to 2nd day at no additional cost. Several days later, I did receive the shipping notification, but it was listed as ground with a 8 day delivery schedule. I called and explained the situation, and was rudely told that I was out of luck. I canceled the order.

intel is having pricecuts on the 9th i believe (sept). So basically that $141 should be norm if not less when they cut the cpus.

I thought they were suppose to cut it on sept 1, but I guess I haven't kept check.

They cut prices on August 26 when the 2.8GHz P4 was launched.

Same here, couldn't find anything on M Star, buymstar or M Star Technology Store.

Sept. 1st is a sunday. They just cut the 2.53 i believe quiet a bit and introduced the 2.6 and up, and then this or next week i think they cut prices on the rest of the cpus.
