I highly doubt intel prices are going to be cut by almost 40% in two weeks. Very, very unlikely.

Bought one today at the Sharonville, OH store -- OEM for $269.99 + tax. They had none on display, but several in the stockroom. Good deal, especially if you're not going to use the Intel HSF anyways.
