Insurance question

OK, my little brother just got his license. He doesn't have insurance yet, but I do. Would he be able to drive my expedition while I sit in passenger seat? Would my insurance cover anything if something happens?

Depends on the state. In PA, a no-fault state, the insurance follows the person as well.

I was in an accident last year,riding in the back seat of a friends car. My car insurance paid for my medical treatment and hospital stay. My car was at home parked in the driveway 😕
