Insulation when installing a mobo...

I'm currently installing my motherboard and it's been a little while since I've done this, but last I recall, I had little insulators to put on my screws when putting them through the mobo and into the mounts. None of my current screws have these. However, the motherboard (Gigabyte DS3), appears to have insulation on the mobo itself around the screw holes (little silver bumps), am I correct in assuming this?

I don't need the little pads, do I?
